Lucas joined McGinnis Insurance in 2017 after a 15-year career in the banking industry, where he held various rolls including his last as Assistant Vice President of Business Development. Lucas married Kent and Mary Lou’s youngest daughter, Angie. They were born and raised in Quincy where they are raising two daughter. In Lucas free time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball, golfing and traveling.
